Her responsibilities include strengthening Intel’s legal and compliance foundation, advancing a high-performance culture, and ensuring the company’s people strategy aligns with its long-term business priorities.

Zoom Communications has disclosed that Bawa’s resignation as COO will be effective May 8, 2026. The company clarified that her departure was not the result of any disagreement, indicating a voluntary transition.

This leadership change occurs as Intel focuses on strengthening leadership, accountability, and execution as part of its ongoing transformation. Bawa’s experience in scaling global technology companies and aligning culture, governance, and execution is expected to support Intel’s strategic objectives.
