The wedding of Saoirse-Monica Jackson and Denis Sulta was a carefully curated event that paid homage to their Celtic backgrounds. Held at Dromquinna Manor, the three-day celebration included 160 guests and was planned with the help of Tara Fay of Tara Fay Events. The venue was filled with Irish music, an Irish storyteller, and free-flowing Guinness. Hector and his groomsmen wore kilts, while Saoirse donned a custom Annie's Ibiza dress that transformed to reveal a tartan design, honoring her husband's Scottish roots. The couple's attention to detail extended to entertainment, with nods to Star Wars and Wicked, making the celebration uniquely theirs.

The couple started dating during the pandemic after meeting in London and one of their first dates was a walk along the canal by Broadway Market. Hector proposed during a trip to the beach in Donegal, when the pair were in their Dryrobes and Crocs.

They got married at Dromquinna Manor in County Kerry, Ireland.

The wedding had a Celtic theme, honoring their Irish and Scottish heritage.
