Sentinels, a major North American esports organization founded in 2016 (originally as Phoenix1), will rejoin the LCS in 2026, replacing 100 Thieves. Sentinels previously competed in the NA LCS from 2016-2017. The organization is recognized for its success in VALORANT, with two international Masters wins, and also competes in Apex Legends, Marvel Rivals, and Halo. They expressed interest in rejoining League of Legends earlier this year, attracted by the possibility of promotion through guest spots.

Riot Games and POM's partnership, since 2018, brings live esports events to cinemas, creating interactive fan experiences. The Valorant Champions Grand Final and League of Legends World Championship Finals will be screened in multiple European territories, featuring exclusive events, giveaways, cosplay, and interactive photo opportunities.
