Carson Schwesinger Wins NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year

Carson Schwesinger's impact on the Cleveland Browns defense was immediate. Drafted as the No. 33 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, he stepped into a starting role and quickly became a key player. His 146 tackles led all rookies and his performance helped the Browns rank fourth in total yards allowed. He recorded 146 tackles and 11 tackles for loss.

He attended UCLA, where he was a First Team All-American and Butkus Award Finalist.
