XXXTentacion Arrives in Fortnite with New Music and Emote

Epic Games' partnership with EMPIRE and the estates of XXXTentacion and Juice WRLD brings a unique blend of music and gaming to Fortnite. The 'whoa (mind in awe)' remix combines XXXTentacion's original track with a posthumous verse from Juice WRLD, creating a poignant and emotionally charged song. This remix will be released alongside the XXXTentacion Emote, allowing players to express themselves in-game with the rapper's signature style.

On May 31, Fortnite's Super Red vs. Blue Island will host a special event featuring four of XXXTentacion’s songs, including his breakout hit 'Look at Me!' This event continues Fortnite's trend of honoring iconic artists posthumously, following similar tributes to Juice WRLD and in-game features involving Snoop Dogg and Ice Spice.

XXXTentacion's introduction to Fortnite also aligns with the mission of the XXXTentacion Foundation, which supports creative and community-driven initiatives. This collaboration serves as both a tribute to the artist and a way to connect with his fans through a popular gaming platform.

The remix of 'whoa (mind in awe)' and the XXXTentacion Emote will be released on May 30. The in-game event is scheduled for May 31.

Juice WRLD recorded his verse in December 2018, after XXXTentacion's passing. The lyrics focus on themes of light, healing, and resilience, adding emotional depth to the song.
