Canada is grappling with a measles outbreak, with Alberta reporting a surge in cases and a second infant death. The majority of cases involve unvaccinated children, raising concerns about vaccine hesitancy and public health preparedness. South Carolina has also confirmed an outbreak, suggesting unrecognized community spread.
