Judge Blocks RFK Jr.'s Vaccine Recommendations Overhaul

The lawsuit was updated as Kennedy took more steps that alarmed medical societies. These groups argued that the changes were not based on good evidence and could potentially harm public health. Several doctors’ groups advised doctors and patients to follow guidance that was previously in place, with health officials in 30 states rejecting at least some of the new recommendations.

The now-postponed meeting of the ACIP was set to discuss purported long-term effects after Covid vaccination. Robert Malone, co-chair of the committee, decried the leak, saying on Twitter/X: “There is a cascade of unintended consequences playing out now and I have no idea where it all goes … but nowhere good.”
