Women's Tennis Team Competes in Home Fall Invite

The Hillsdale College women's tennis team hosted its home Fall Invitational, facing tough competition from top 25 programs and regional rivals. Ane Dannhauser and Briana Rees both reached the semifinal in the A singles bracket, while other players secured wins in consolation brackets and various singles brackets. The team is now preparing for the ITA Midwest Regional.

Students Explore Germany Through Study-Abroad Programs

Thirteen Hillsdale College students studied abroad in Germany through programs in Würzburg and Saarbrücken. The Würzburg program focuses on language and culture, while the Saarland University Exchange Program allows students to take courses in various fields, with an emphasis on German language and literature.

Charlie Kirk’s Connection to Hillsdale College

Hillsdale College acknowledged the passing of Charlie Kirk, noting that he had taken approximately 30 of their online courses. The college emphasized Kirk's interest in the institution's mission and independence. College President Dr. Larry P. Arnn shared his memories of Kirk's intellectual curiosity and engagement with the college community.

It is a major tennis tournament where top players from the Midwest Region compete for regional titles and a spot in the ITA Cup.

The programs offer opportunities for language immersion, cultural experiences, and academic credit, with options for both summer and semester/year-long study.

Kirk took courses focusing on history, politics, economics, philosophy, and religion.
