Man Arrested After Chase, Linked to Missing Marinette Woman

Robert Chilcote's arrest in Minnesota has intensified the search for Gabriella Cartagena, who is considered "involuntarily missing." Chilcote led deputies on a 17-mile chase, reaching speeds over 100 mph, before being apprehended. The discovery of a loaded AR-15 in his car has added to the seriousness of the case. Law enforcement is requesting assistance from the public, asking residents and business owners along Highway 41 to review their security footage from February 4 to help locate Cartagena or provide clues about her disappearance.

The Marinette Police Department believes Cartagena was last in the area of Red Arrow Park before her disappearance. The search area has been expanded to multiple jurisdictions, and volunteers have participated in search parties to find her. The investigation is ongoing, and authorities are following up on all leads to determine Cartagena's whereabouts.
