Killeen ISD Board Welcomes Back Rainwater and Williams for New Terms

The Killeen Independent School District (KISD) recently held elections for its Board of Trustees, resulting in the reelection of two incumbent members, Marvin Rainwater and Brett E. Williams. The swearing-in ceremony took place during a board workshop meeting, marking the beginning of another three-year term for both trustees.

Board Leadership

Following the swearing-in ceremony, the trustees voted on the selection of officers. Susan Jones nominated Brett E. Williams for president and Brenda Adams for secretary. Oliver Mintz was nominated as the new vice president, replacing Jones, who cited personal commitments. The nominations were unanimously approved.
