Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan Indicted in ICE Case

The indictment alleges that Judge Dugan interfered with the arrest of Eduardo Flores-Ruiz by falsely telling federal agents they needed a judicial warrant and directing them to the Chief Judge's office. It further claims that she expedited Flores-Ruiz's case off the record and directed him and his attorney to exit through a non-public door.
