Consumers who purchased the recalled hoses at Ace Hardware, Do It Best, Home Depot, or Walmart can return them to those stores for a full refund. Others should contact Winston Products to initiate a claim online, providing a photo showing the cut hose, date code, and consumer's initials and date written in permanent marker on the regulator end.
