Bauer sued Hill in October, citing 21 similar claims made on a podcast and social media, all of which violated the settlement provision that prohibited her from stating Bauer or his representatives paid her any money. Each violation was valued at $10,000 according to the agreement.

Judge Daniel Crowley ruled that Bauer's attorneys provided sufficient evidence to justify the award, which included $220,000 for the 22 violations, along with attorney fees, costs, and interest. Hill's X account was deactivated shortly after the ruling.
