Betts finished her high school career 11th all-time in scoring (2,022 points) and set the undisputed state record for rebounds (1,508). Grandview coach Josh Ulitzky highlighted her unique journey, winning titles with different roles and teams each time, evolving into a highly skilled player beyond just height or athleticism.

Looking ahead, Betts is eager to join her sister Lauren at UCLA, a program fresh off its first Final Four appearance. While acknowledging she might initially be known as "Lauren's sister" again, Sienna feels more prepared and confident in her own abilities this time around, excited to "make a name for ourselves together."
