Sheldon's family is a significant inspiration behind the shoe's design. The logo incorporates three arrows representing the Down syndrome symbol, a tribute to her sister, Emmy. The initials of her parents and siblings (Laura, Emmy, Ajay, and Duane) are represented by 'L.E.A.D.' on the shoe. The phrase 'family comes first' is also featured on the sole, along with a nod to her time at Ohio State with a large 'O'.

Sheldon has also learned valuable lessons from WNBA veterans like Tina Charles and Natasha Howard, focusing on excelling at her strengths to build a long and impactful career.
