Navigating the New Pittsburgh International Airport Terminal: Driving and Parking Guide

New Entrance Road:: After exiting the Parkway West, drivers will bear right onto a new entrance road, past the airport's eagle signs.

Parking Garage:: The new five-story terminal parking garage has 3,300 spaces with smart technology, including red and green lights indicating available spaces and charging stations on each level. Why does this matter? The smart technology expedites the passenger journey to find an open space, elevators and stairs take passengers from the parking garage to a walkway at ground level, where car rental counters are located.

Shuttle Lot:: The previous long-term and extended parking area is now a shuttle lot with five stations equipped with live information boards, phones, and call buttons. The bus ride to the terminal is only a few minutes.

Surface Terminal Lot:: A new surface terminal lot is available next to the garage, both within a five-minute walk to the terminal.

Cost Differences:: Parking costs range from $8 per day in the shuttle lots to $35 per day in the new garage. Hourly rates are available in the garage for short stays.
