Samuel L. Jackson to Star in 'Tulsa King' Spinoff 'NOLA King'

The 'Tulsa King' spinoff, 'NOLA King,' aims to replicate the success of the original series by transporting the action to New Orleans. Samuel L. Jackson will play a character akin to Sylvester Stallone's Dwight Manfredi, navigating the criminal underworld of a new city.

Dave Erickson, who is also working on 'Tulsa King' and 'Mayor of Kingstown,' will serve as writer, showrunner, and executive producer. Taylor Sheridan will executive produce as well, ensuring a consistent tone and quality within his expanding TV universe.

Production for Season 3 of 'Tulsa King' is already underway, and Jackson is expected to film his episodes in July, setting the stage for 'NOLA King' to begin production in February. This strategic rollout aims to capitalize on the established fanbase and maintain momentum for the franchise.

"NOLA King" is a spinoff of "Tulsa King" starring Samuel L. Jackson as a character similar to Dwight Manfredi, navigating the crime world in New Orleans.
