What is ARAM: Mayhem?
A new limited-time game mode that brings Arena-style Augments to the classic ARAM format.

Riot Games has released a new Dev Update for League of Legends, revealing the ARAM: Mayhem game mode, stricter measures against botting and account selling, and the celebration of Arcane's anniversary. These updates aim to enhance gameplay,...
The ARAM: Mayhem mode is inspired by Wild Rift's AAA ARAM and aims to combine the strategic depth of Arena with the fast-paced action of ARAM. Players will be able to choose from a selection of augments at the start of each match and at levels 7, 11, and 15, allowing them to create unique and powerful builds. The mode will have its own queue, so players can easily switch between the standard and experimental versions of ARAM.
Riot Games is cracking down on botting, smurfing, and account selling by linking alternate accounts to a player's main account. This will allow Riot to punish players using multiple accounts if negative behavior is detected. Since Patch 25.18, Riot has banned 400,000 purchased ranked accounts, 1.5 million botted and sold accounts, and another 2.5 million accounts awaiting sale.
Streamer mode is being updated with three new privacy options: "Hide Other Names," "Hide My Name," and "Hide My Everything." These options will allow streamers to protect their personal information and prevent stream sniping. Patch 25.20, players will have three options: hide other names , hide your own name (which conceals your summoner name but not your stats like champion mastery or ranked borders), and hide my everything , which makes your account completely unsearchable on third-party sites — protecting players from being recognized and keeping their identity from affecting the match.
To celebrate the first anniversary of Arcane, all related skins will return, including visual upgrades to Arcane Fractured Jinx. Players who already own the skin will receive the updates for free. Additionally, any champion will be playable in the Practice Tool, and the Blue Essence Emporium will return on November 19. Your Shop will reopen on December 10 with the final patch of the year.
