Bridgeport Welcomes Francisco Rivera as Emergency Operations Director

Bridgeport has appointed Francisco Rivera as the new Director of the city's Emergency Operations Center. Rivera, a 16-year veteran of the city's public safety department, was honored by Mayor Joe Ganim during a ceremony at the 911 Center.
