Fire crews arrived at 12:56 a.m. after the fire was reported at 12:50 a.m. Firefighters worked for nearly two hours to extinguish the heavy smoke and flames emanating from the store’s roof. The fire was marked out at 2:48 a.m. Fortunately, no injuries were reported. The fire’s cause remains under investigation by the Virginia Beach Fire Department.
