## Remembering Kristen Philbrick (Moreau) (1988-2025)
Kristen, born July 20, 1988, in Bath, was described as a gentle, pure, and radiant soul who brought warmth and light wherever she went. A graduate of Bonny Eagle and Massabesic High School, she was active in cheer, track, and field hockey. Her interests later flourished in cosmetology and microblading, reflecting her passion for health and self-care. Above all, Kristen was devoted to her daughters, Alexa and Ava, creating meaningful memories through spontaneous adventures and quiet moments. Known for her playful spirit and authenticity, she loved music (especially R&B), dancing, karaoke, and creative hobbies inspired by Pinterest, including interior design and fashion. She enjoyed nature, hiking, the beach, seafood, amusement rides, and cats. Kristen is survived by her daughters, mother Katherine Dore, father George Moreau, partner Zachary Tenenbaum, granddaughter Ila Butler, siblings, extended family, and many friends. Services were held on April 19, 2025, at Cote Funeral Home Chapel in Saco. Donations in her memory can be made to Caring Unlimited.
## Remembering Daniel Downs (1964-2025)
Daniel, born July 29, 1964, in Augusta, passed away after battling chronic illness. Remembered for his profound kindness, love, and compassion, Danny graduated from Freeport High School in 1982. He had a long career in the restaurant business, notably owning and operating Country Farms Restaurant in Whitefield with his first wife, Peggy Flanagan, and later opening a restaurant with his partner of 23 years, Claude Castonguay. After leaving the food industry, he worked as a property manager until illness impacted his life. Danny loved music, warm weather, trips to Shin Pond, family dinners, and cooking. He is survived by his partner Claude, father Roger Downs, sister Vicki Legere, nieces, extended family, and his first wife Peggy. He was predeceased by his mother Rochelle and brother Roger Jr. The family expressed gratitude to the Gosnell House staff and his healthcare providers. A celebration of life is planned for June.
