Compass to Acquire Anywhere Real Estate for $1.5 Billion
Brokerage firm Compass has agreed to acquire Anywhere Real Estate in an all-stock transaction valued at approximately $1.5 billion. This acquisition will significantly expand Compass's market presence and create a real estate powerhouse.
