Sean McVay to Coach Through Illness

Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay is set to coach in the Week 14 game against the Arizona Cardinals despite battling an illness. He traveled separately from the team to Arizona but is expected to be on the sidelines for Sunday's game.
