A helicopter-based Plastic Sphere Dispenser (PSD) aerial ignition system was tested for tactical firing missions. The fire is 12 air miles from the Pacific Crest Trail and currently poses no threat to that trail. A Temporary Flight Restriction (TFR) is in place over the fire, prohibiting unauthorized drone activity. Expect warmer and drier conditions, with highs of 82-86 forecasted. Smoke may become more visible from Entiat, Chelan, and Winthrop.

A Level 1 Fire Advisory has been issued for Holden Village, including the Rio Tinto Mine water treatment plant; this advisory does not include Lucerne.
