Alex Bowman, driver of the No. 48 Ally Chevrolet for Hendrick Motorsports, will miss the NASCAR Cup Series race at Phoenix Raceway due to a recent vertigo diagnosis. Anthony Alfredo will substitute for Bowman in the March 8 event.
