Texas Lottery Under New Management After Law Change
The Texas Lottery has a new management structure as of September 1, 2025. The Texas Lottery Commission has been abolished, and the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) now oversees lottery and charitable bingo operations.
